INFORMATION about the law 675/96

According to the art.10 of the law 675/96. The personal data acquired will be utilized by "SARTONI DANILO", also with the help of electronic and automated means. The contribution of the data is facultative; the non-contribution of the data and of the consent to their treatment/communication will involve the impossibility for "SARTONI DANILO" to accomplish the order. According to art. 13 of the law 675/96 the buyer is entitled to approach his own data asking the correction, the integration and appealing the grounds, the annulment or the block of the data.

 

SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED GUARANTEE

Decreto Legislativo n° 185 del 22/05/99 . The customer has the right to return the goods within 10 days from the receipt (withdrawal right), provided that the goods are in their sealed and undamaged packing. The customer may claim for the defective goods to the Customer Service within 3 days from the delivery date, sending an e-mail to info@sartonidanilo.it

 

THE TIMES OF PRODUCTION

The time of delivery often depends on the kind of material used for the ordered product, they can vary from one week to one month according to the times of production considering that most of our products are hand-made by clever craftsmen.

 

PRICES

The general catalogue of the prices, published in this site, cancel all the previous ones. The prices include VAT but not delivery charges. Every update concerning prices, new versions of the goods, promotions or news will be published, updating the previous ones  or inserting the new ones on the website.

 

RETURNS

The Customer Service must authorise every return with the special form "Authorised Good Return" which has to be filled in all its parts and to be reported on the packing list and on the outward package of the returned goods visibly. Parcels without a complete AGR form will be sent back. The delivery charges must be paid by the customer. The goods must be returned with their complete and original contents and packaging, otherwise no guarantee will be applied and the returned goods will not be accepted. If these conditions are met, the Customer Service will carry out the new crediting procedures or it will substitute the defective goods. SARTONI DANILO is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by an incorrect use of the goods.

 

ORDERS

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day: fill in the special purchase form. Telephone orders are not accepted. In the order you are kindly requested to specify all the data for invoicing (full name and address and VAT number if available), and also the quantity of the ordered goods (it would be better to report their codes) and the address for delivery (if different from the invoice one).

 

PAYMENT

You can pay by:

                         PayPal (net amount +3%)

                         Bank transfer in advance (net amount)

 

For payment with bank transfer “SARTONI DANILO” will deliver the orders only after receiving the credit from your bank, or a fax to the number +39 0544 401858 with the copy of your bank list.

EXECUTION OF ORDER

The delivery depends on the type of consignment. The delivery guarantee depends on the guarantee offered by the carrier used. The ordered goods may be delivered by carrier or mail.

 

TIME NEEDED FOR DELIVERY

The time needed for delivery by carrier ranges from 2 to 7 days. The time needed for delivery by mail ranges from 3 to 15 days. When the goods are ready for delivery we will send you a Proforma Invoice with the costs of delivery for your country.
